• Footlocks and Knee Locks: Secure and elegant footlock and knee lock variations for intricate poses.
• Advanced Aerial Silk Drops & Releases: Developing precision and control in dynamic drops and controlled releases.
• Silk Combinations and Choreography: Combining learned skills to create flowing and expressive sequences.
• Aerial Silk Strength & Flexibility Training: Focused training to improve strength, flexibility and endurance specific to aerial silks.
